The scene is being taken care of by the people who are supposed to be here. Please do not come and gawk, because I think that would make Stoneface yell more.

You could come to the scene and observe if you stay back and out of the way, so you can see how the Watch works. But if you are asked to leave, be ready to leave. Listen to anything someone on the Guard or the Watch tells you.
