[The writing has odd pauses in it, it doesn't flow at the normal rhythm. But it's definitely Youth's.]

Ice cream truck has special ice cream! The. The ice cream truck does! It tastes funny, but now everything is very good.

I do not know why everyone was upset. I wrote so that if something was happening it would not make them upset. I do not know what to do if the elevator does not behave again but it finally started behaving and now I have seen the ice cream truck and I think that I prefer other types of ice cream over the special ice cream but now everything sparkles so I thought my journal should sparkle too. At least I did not try the apple ice cream.

I need to stop missing work and important people. I am sorry, Handmaiden. And Stoneface, if Stoneface is back yet.

The lelevator is a very strange thing. Elelvator. Ls look funny.

You've been gone sort of a lot, but I couldn't wish for a better one. I started running in the mornings to compensate for missing lessons, though.

I'm happy to see you back again. You don't think Lea's idea of having stairs would be a good one? Maybe then we'd lose fewer people to the elevator?

I think stairs would be very good but I do not know if the tree would let us have them, and then if the ants came again it would be easy for them to come visit us and that would not be nice.

Stairs down to the Wilderness might be a problem, that's true! But between the residential levels? Though there is always the Tree.

Has anyone asked officially about stairs? I do not know how we are supposed to talk to anyone in charge except to wait for special writing, but we could remember and ask!

Um, I don't know. I would suggest you maybe use a little less glitter if you ask them? I don't mind it, but it is a bit distracting.
