I need to find something that I like the taste of that is caffienated. I am having trouble staying awake at [pause] some times when I should stay awake. I do not know why this is happening; I have never had trouble like this before!

And it is not a sign that I am getting old. Before anyone says that. Or thinks that. Or writes that.

The first night I tried tea and a few sit-ups to try to be more energetic. Then yesterday I took a nap in the afternoon and it did not help. Now I will try coffee.

Mm, a little trouble sleeping. I'm not sure what there is for that, though. Is there anything you know of?

Exercise is the best solution! Do some laps of your house, or pushups, and then have some warm milk!
