Seventh Lotus (Apologies for the Youthspam)
[There's a red-brown thumbprint smear from Youth opening up his journal.]
I have figured out metaphors, I think.
I can see the blood, so it is not missing, but it is lost.
And now my snowangels are messed up. Which way is medical again? I think I am turned around.

XD You guys are hilarious
Or... [She looks at Youth ] You wrote that your house is near. May I borrow a door from within, so that the exterior is preserved?
[ Looking at Bell now ] I do not know if I am faster than you, but I am willing to fetch some sort of 'stretcher' while you two prepare Youth to be moved.
[[OOC: Feel free to godmod her running of as soon as someone chooses an idea, and she'll back in time for her next tag :3 ]]
XDD
...You're probably faster anyway. Go ahead.
[Seren maybe didn't know what a stretcher was, and Bell wasn't sure he wanted to wait for her to get one from the medical area, but she knew the gist of what they needed. The door would suffice.]
[After she took off for their house, Bell looked past Youth to Rabbit.]
He should lay flat and we'll lift him onto the stretcher, right? Or do we want to just wait and let him climb on?
Life is more fun when all are having fun, or are funny-looking. One of the two.
[At Seren's question and Bell's response, Youth inclined his head, indicating Bell.] We're housemates. Same house.
Do I get my question answered? [Youth wasn't sure if he should be bothered or not that they were talking about him, above him, instead of to him so much. But things were a little fuzzy and he was more or less content to wait while wondering how still he needed to be.]
both :D
[ and to youth. ] Well ya can move 'round, 'course, but ya should do it within moderation. Don't hurt yourself.
Agreed there.
A quick-step forward and she finds Bell's door, grateful that the style is one she recognizes. Pulling out the appropriate tool from her scavenger's tool-belt, she gets one hinge off. 12 seconds.
The other two hinges come off. 18 seconds.
She eases it onto her head and balances it there with both hands, kneels to pick up the keys, and moves outside of the front door to lock it again. 24 seconds.
She runs back to where the three men are waiting with Bell's keys in her pocket and the door on her head, reaching them approximately 30 seconds after she left and only slightly winded, mostly in awe at her speed at this point. ]
I... have returned...
[ She lays the door on the ground near Youth, ready to move it closer when whichever character is on that side moves. Then she digs into her pocket to hand Bell back his keys. ]
Definitely.
But you move too much, and I'll have to tie you down, hm? [His eye scrunches into a crescent shape. He's smiling, sort of.
And before anything more can be said, Seren is back. He accepts his keys and looks to Rabbit.]
We'll move him together? [Waiting for the other's aide, so as not to jar Youth more than necessary, he helps Youth lay down on the make-shift stretcher]
So we're all agreed, we're funny looking.
I do not need to be tied down. I can assess my... [He lost the word. Oh well. He could. In fact, right now, he's only dealing with the loss of adrenaline. Since he was no longer in the middle of a fight, the tiredness was setting in.
He's surprised at how fast Seren moved. Clearly he needs to train with her more. But before he can comment, Bell's moving him. Youth tries to help, but he's pretty sure he's getting in the way. It takes effort, but he forces himself to relax and let Bell move him.]
lol that goes without saying
We can both carry him on this. [ despite his appearance, rabbit was actually very strong. ]
[ he could tell youth was kind of losing it. letting him lose consciousness would be bad (shock or something idk anymore) ] Hey, Youth, talk t' me. 'bout anything. Doesn't matter the subject.
We gotta keep 'im conscious
With this bunch? Pretty much.
Youth, why don't you tell me all of the exercises you do on a daily or weekly basis so that I may keep track of them for you?
[ On a completely different note... Now that the initial crisis is over, she takes in the two men she just met] I am slightly intrigued by the fact that both of you are wearing eyepatches of a sort and that I appear to be meeting a lot of white-haired people today.
...Uh. ...me, or the muse, hm?
Rabbit surprises Bell with his strength a little, and together, the three move Youth down the pathway as carefully as possible. Bell lets the other two cover discussions with Youth if all possible, as he's focused on watching for any further attacks, but he has time to chuckle a little at Seren's observations and reply with his usual droll humor.]
Oh, eyepatches are in fashion now, didn't you hear? ...And the hair must have something to do with my lack of "youthfulness."
Yes.
Laps are first. Speed and... warms up! This is important. And they must be done well. The pushups. Done well. If they are not right, I must do more squats. Unless it is Thursday. Because Thursdays...
[Great. Normally this made perfect sense. But now he's not sure which goes where. Maybe if he simplifies.]
Laps, and pushups, and squats, and situps. Handstands and punches and kicks if...
[Bell's comment catches his ear.]
I do not think your hair means that. But you could be more hair. Youth. Your hair could be more youthful. No. Your you could be... I do not think I know what I think.
Re: Yes.
That's sure a lot'a stuff t' do in one day. Got any more things ya do? [ he completely avoids the question about the eyepatch ]
Re: Yes.
[ But she's still thinking about what Bell said (and Youth tried to follow up on) regarding white hair and youthfulness. It was true she felt quite mature, like a full adult who had been around not just long enough to pass the pubescent stage, but much longer than that. And yet... she had just accomplished that 30-second sprint - how could an old woman do that? And what else might she be capable of in spite of her white hair? ]
I see that your friend Bell has quite the sense of humor, Youth. I shall try to take that into account should be communicate on the paper- the journals again.
[ She notices Rabbit's silent aversion compared to Bell's redirecting humor, but leaves it; everyone's entitled to their secrets ]
Do you always do your exercises alone if I'm not with you, Youth? [ She's thinking, Just like the man said, just keep him talking. ]
...right.
He smirks behind the scarf at her statement about his sense of humor. It grows slightly at her next comment and before Youth can reply, he interrupts. Yes, he'd like Youth to keep talking, and maybe this will keep him talking...but, a little fun at his currently-loopy roommate's expense wouldn't hurt anything.]
I was under the impression Youth always 'exercised' alone.
[Then, to Youth] You were desperate to get rid of your unicorn, hm? And here I wanted to do the honors. [He was teasing, joking, all very dryly sarcastic. Frankly, he hoped Youth didn't remember this, though.]
no subject
[Youth had been about to comment on Bell's sense of humor when Bell added more. He stared for a moment, not getting what Bell was saying at first.]
Sparring is people. Not alone? [Then the unicorn comment gave him more of a clue.] I have not done anything!
no subject
Scavengin', huh, what've ya found there?
[ sparring, hmm. Well maybe when youth's better, rabbit might ask him for a spar. at least if he gets hurt again, Rabbit can patch him up. ]
no subject
And just watches the little buttons light up.
And the door opening.
All as if by magic. Now if only that same magic could make her forget the allusion Bell just made. ]
no subject
Nothing? Oh, so I still stand a chance. [The allusions at least kept Youth talking. Though maybe, Bell thought, it wasn't good to rile him up to anger now.] Sorry, Seren. I guess you missed your chance at him.
[They stepped into the elevator and Bell adjusted the door in his hands and elbowed the button for the floor they needed. The elevator started moving.]
no subject
The things? Coming back? [It's one of the worst conclusions he could reach, really. He doesn't want his friends hurt, even the newest.] Can drop, drop... me. You can if... After Watch. None of you.
[Then the elevator is there, and they're safe, and there hadn't been any sense of panic. Blearily Youth looks over at Bell, having entirely lost the train of conversation.] Chance?
no subject
[ leave it to the guy from over a century ago to not understand pressing the button impatiently does nothing to the elevator. he doesn't want youth's condition to get any worse than it already is. ]
Dude I need a blush icon -- sorry this tag got lost D:
Chance at him...
I apologize, Bell, I do not think now is the time for this sort of discussion, nor is it my decision to make how Youth feels about me. [She looks at him babbling] I am merely worried for my friend.
[ Putting words to action, she waits for the elevator doors to open, then walks away from the embarrassing man to clear a path to Medical - people, items, anything that was in their way she moved. ]
