I'm in jail. Apparently, I was supposed to "Evade The Cops" and didn't.
I don't think someone understands how to play this game. There should be handcuffs.

Because part of the fun is handcuffing someone so they stay put while you read them their rights and tell them what a bad boy/girl they've been.
